Who is Rawa?

Rawa Design Studio is the trading and artistic name of Raúl García, an Edinburgh-based Graphic & Web Designer with over 8 year-experience developing and designing just about any creative task, be it print or digital, for friendly clients.

How does it work?

I’m not a design prophet, but just an enthusiastic person that is constantly pushing himself to keep on working hard, seeking knowledge through each new project and produce work of the highest quality.

Typography, color theory, composition, shapes, textures, language source and many other elements are part of my working gear to transmit and develop creative and smart solutions.

A little bit about me…

I well remember myself when I was a child with a colour pen in my hand, drawing, drawing and… let me think… drawing. Filling in coloured books was an obsession for me that in the end, has turned into a life passion.

I followed this path when I decided to study Illustration and Graphic Design at Pablo Picasso College in A Coruña, Spain. There I was able to develop my abilities and skills in arts.

My first job was in a sports e-commerce site, where I combined my graphic design background with a special focus on the web field. I was lucky to have the opportunity to expand my creativity and learn more about source code and web technology.

In 2010, after some years working as a Web Designer, and developing projects for the Spanish government, I decided to make a U-turn completely and travelled to Scotland, where I currently run my own Design Studio from as a freelancer.

I provide a full-web service for my clients, developing and designing online strategies that will help your business grow.

Corporate Identity expresses your business’ brand personality and makes you stand out among competitors. In this sense, I thourughly study the brand’s possibilities in accordance with your business’ objectives and goals, developing attractive and fresh identities that transmit the concept your costumers will be waiting for.
